RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers) Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods at info@celmara.be.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days at info@celmara.be. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
