Care Guide

Our beaded hijabs are carefully embellished and should be handled with care to preserve their beauty and delicate details.

Washing

• Hand wash gently in cold water.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Avoid soaking for long periods.
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Avoid rubbing or scrubbing directly over the beads.

Drying

• Gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing.
• Lay flat or hang carefully to air dry.
• Keep away from direct heat and tumble dryers.

Ironing

• Avoid ironing directly over the beads or embroidery.
• If needed, iron on the lowest heat setting from the reverse side, using a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.

Storage

• Store your hijab in a clean, dry place.
• Avoid placing heavy items on top of it, as this may damage or loosen the embellishments.
• When travelling, fold or roll gently and avoid sharp objects that could catch on the beads.

A Little Extra Care

Beaded embellishments are delicate and may naturally move or loosen with wear. Avoid pulling, snagging, or catching the hijab on jewellery, bags, or other rough surfaces.
